ORDERING INFORMATION

Ordering online at LittleBouquet.com is fast, easy, and convenient. When you see a product you would like to purchase, simply click on the button below it that says, "Add to Cart" This action will place your selected item in your Shopping Cart, allowing you to immediately view all of its contents. (If you are purchasing Make-up Glasses, don't forget to select your power from the dropdown selection) At this point, you may: 1. choose to "Continue Shopping," which will bring you back to the Shopping Categories, OR 2. choose to "Edit Items," which allows you edit the quantities in your Shopping Cart, OR 3. choose to "Remove Items," which allows you to remove items from your Shopping Cart, OR 4. choose to "Complete Order," which will lead you step-by-step through our simple checkout process.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

Little Bouquet accepts all major credit cards and e-checks through PayPal. You can pay without registering through PayPal if you would like. On the payment page, you will see the following statement.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening orders are processed by the following business day.

ORDER CHANGES

If you need to contact us to request a change to your order, we will make every effort to make the change. However, we process orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that your change can be made.

GIFT WRAPPING

Little Bouquet will gift wrap your purchase for most any occasion. (Additional time before shipping may be required) Please email us with your detailed request and timeline for a quote.

SHIPPING

Little Bouquet is known for our lightening fast shipping and expert packing. Our goal is to ship all products within 24 hours of payment. But 95.7% of the time, the package is mailed within 12 hours of when the payment is received. Many times, especially during the holiday seasons, we will make more than one post office run per day.

Domestic Shipping
Books and videos are shipped Media Mail and can take up to 30 days for delivery, as they are trucked all the way. If you wish a faster delivery, please contact us for a quote. Most will fit in a flat rate priority envelope for $5.00 or a flat rate box for $10.00, with a 2 to 3 day delivery time in the continental United States.

Domestic Shipping Insurance
All products are carefully inspected and well packed when they leave Little Bouquet. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the shipper. If you want insurance on an item, please click on the "Insurance" Button on the Order Form page under Shipping Information while checking out. Insurance cost for the order will be calculated and the fee will be added to your final amount owed.

Shipping is combined on multiple purchases. If you purchase multiple items, we will normally ship them together. This will reduce your insurance costs.

International Shipping
We welcome your International Orders. Please contact us for shipping and insurance charges to your respective country. Little Bouquet offers discounted International shipping, whenever possible.

Please do not ask us to mark your purchase as a gift or reduce the value on the custom form. It is illegal and we will not do it.

GIFT CARD MESSAGES

To protect your privacy, our system does not allow us to alter your gift card message in any way once your order is placed. Please double check your card for accuracy as it will print as typed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Books and Merchandise

We are not experts on every item listed, considering the variety of items sold. We try to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions and depend on you to ask specific questions when you need more details. Please make your selections carefully. All items are sold "as-is" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No warranty or guarantee are expressed or implied.

Makeup Glasses
Exchanges
Exchanges of magnification and/or style will be made. Purchaser must contact Little Bouquet within the first 48 hours after the shipment is received and the merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in "AS NEW, NEVER USED" condition, including the merchandise having all tags and packaging. For domestic, two dollars ($2.00) must be included with the glasses returned, for shipping. For international, nine dollars ($9.00 US) must be included with the glasses returned, for shipping.

Substitutions
Little Bouquet reserves the right to notify the purchaser if a style or magnification is out of stock or no longer available. A substitution can be made for styles and/or magnifications which are in stock.

Refunds
No Cash Refunds will be made.
